Garmin-Cervelo celebrate third Tour win in Tour de France 2011.
Team Garmin-Cervélo celebrated its third ever Tour de France stage win today in Lourdes. A week and a half after its team time trial win and win with Tyler Farrar, World Champion Thor Hushovd took number three in Lourdes.

Danielson becomes Garmin's Tour de France leader
American Tom Danielson surprised many followers of the Tour de France by becoming Garmin-Cervélo's leader. He starts the stage to the holy city of Lourdes today ninth overall, one day after the race's first mountain stage.

Geraint Thomas: "I had goosebumps on the Tourmalet
The toast of the Tour on today's twelfth stage was former British champion Geraint Thomas (Team Sky).
He made the day's main breakaway and led the Tour for most of the Col du Tourmalet, despite two crashes on the upper part of the Hourquette d'Ancizan descent 40 kilometres earlier. At one point, he was the virtual yellow jersey.

Box Hill declared limited access for Olympic RR
After missing out on the vast majority of track cycling tickets, prepare to be short-changed at the Olympic road race: you'll need to wear a wristband to get anywhere near the best bits.
The London-Surrey Cycle Classic (August 14), the test event for the 2012 Olympic road race, provides a taste of the restrictions imposed on would-be spectators on two key parts of the route.
